A New Year of Wonders

As we move into this New Year, I am very optimistic. "With God all things are possible" and I am going to ask everyoe who reads this blog to Pray for a grand new year and health to all, lest we forget; for the Salvation of the Lost. Times are showing that the last days are upon us...what must we do to prepare for this? We as believers have to draw closer to God and one another; helping those who are in need. When we lend a hand it comes back to us! When you are full of years and in need, will you expect help?
I am praying for each and everyone of you, for a grand year and a healthful year. Let us not ever look at the negative, but at the positive in this life and help one another to get through this life and make it a little easier for everyone.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Call-A-Christian!!! (Sign of the Times)

Whenever we as humans try to control something, the something goes hay-wire. Only the Lord can fix this system we call the free world; the things we are now seeing in this country are a sign of the times as we draw close to the times that all Christians will have to draw together.
I am a part of Call-A-Christain as my twin brother (Peter) and I were talking one not long ago (the conversation was about helping others, mostly the elderly) and my bro said, "Oh yea, Call a Christian whenever you need help and we'll be right over". Well...one thing led to another and through not being able to work we decided to copy right the name. That leads us to now; we are starting blogging about things that pertain to Christians and how we are suppossed to help those who need help (today we moved an elderly woman with diabetis and joint-disorders from one apartment to a referbished apartment. It took all day but when she was alll moved in and a big smile upon her face, we knew it was the work God wants every Christian to do. Janet is a part of Call-A-Christian because she has medical certificates and can help that way (she also supplies transportation for these needful ones).  Helping one another is how we are going to get through this life and if we do this, the World would be a most excellent place! Let me know what you think, right now we are working on a google Web site, the World belongs to all of us, and Christians must take the first step to make it better.

How come work is so hard to find?

I was diagnosed with a tumor last Febuary and the company I worked for had to let me go due to medical reasons (Their insurance would not cover me) and recently was ok'ed to go back to work but, the financial crisis has put a damper on this venture and my old company has cut employees by 50%, What a bummer!:( I was feeling it was only happenig to me, then I started looking around, man! There sure are a lot out of work! I am just wondering, is this going to last forever? How come the big corporate honchos get canned for cheating and get giant severence packages? Is America gong to be in a depression? Days to come will only tell...as we move on into 2009 we will discuss the state of our troubles whether it be personal or public. I just wanted to know why we are in this sistuationb that so many are in.
